Dr. Parker Smith
Dr. Smith always knew she wanted a career in medicine, but it was a childhood struggle with daily headaches that pointed her toward chiropractic specifically. When her primary care provider suggested she see a chiropractor, she left that first visit feeling better than she had in a long time, and she was hooked.
She started asking her own chiropractor question after question until he became her mentor, and by the time she was 13 or 14 years old, she knew exactly what she wanted to do with her life.

Joi – Rehabilitation Technician
Joi is a dedicated and compassionate certified medical assistant and rehab tech at the Las Colinas office, where she plays an essential role in providing exceptional patient care. Coming from a family with strong roots in both military service and medicine, her passion for helping others was inspired early on by her aunt, a nurse, and her grandmother, who proudly served with the Red Cross. Their devotion to compassion and service helped shape Joi’s own path in healthcare.
Currently pursuing her nursing degree, Joi blends her clinical expertise with genuine warmth to ensure every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for. She takes pride in her ability to connect with patients personally while maintaining a high level of professionalism and skill. Whether she’s taking X-rays, assisting with therapy, or guiding patients through their care, Joi approaches every task with precision, empathy, and excellence.
Beyond the clinic, Joi continues to nurture life through wildlife rehabilitation, caring for animals with the same compassion she gives her patients. As a proud divorced mother of three, she finds joy and balance in her children, her beloved fur family, and her many thriving plants. Her resilience, authenticity, and heartfelt dedication make her an invaluable member of the practice and a shining example of what it means to serve with purpose and heart.
Diana, Chiropractic Assistant
Diana Patino brings warmth and genuine care to every patient interaction as a Chiropractic Assistant at our Las Colinas location. From managing check-ins and scheduling appointments to guiding new patients through their intake, she keeps the front of the office running smoothly while making sure every person who walks through the door feels welcomed and taken care of.
Diana had always been drawn to the healthcare field, and when she came across an opening at Elite Chiropractic & Therapy, she knew it was the right fit. After a great conversation during her interview, she joined the team and hasn’t looked back. She’s found that working alongside a group focused on natural, corrective care has taught her so much about how the body heals and how much of a difference the right care can make in someone’s daily life.
Diana loves learning more about chiropractic care and rehabilitation therapy, and watching patients improve their quality of life is one of the most rewarding parts of her job. Looking ahead, she plans to continue her education and become a certified X-ray technologist, growing her skills right alongside the practice she’s come to love.
Outside the office, Diana treasures time with her younger sister, who is fourteen years her junior. The two are close, and their weekends often include hiking and nature photography at Cedar Ridge Preserve, one of their favorite spots in the Dallas area. That same patience and warmth she brings to her sister carries right into how she treats every patient at Elite Chiropractic & Therapy.
