Meet Dr. Natalie Bennett, DC
Most people find chiropractic sometime in adulthood. Dr. Natalie Bennett got her first adjustment at just four hours old. Her mom received chiropractic care throughout her pregnancy, and Natalie grew up around chiropractors, many of them family friends. She always knew she’d end up in health care. Which part of it took a little longer to figure out. Then one day in college, it clicked: she wanted to do for other people what so many chiropractors had done for her.
Education and Training
Dr. Bennett is a Dallas-area native and a lifelong Texan who wouldn’t have it any other way. She attended Stephen F. Austin State University, where she played beach volleyball and earned her degree in kinesiology with a minor in psychology in 2023. From there, she came home to Parker University in Dallas and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic in 2026.
She primarily uses the Diversified technique, incorporating Gonstead and Activator Methods® when appropriate.
With Elite Long Before the White Coat
Dr. Bennett isn’t new to Elite Chiropractic & Therapy. She’s been part of Elite since the clinic’s beginning, starting as a chiropractic assistant in 2020. It’s a family affair, too. Her mom owns the clinic.
Now she gets to step into the doctor’s role. She’s looking forward to caring for patients every day and learning the real-world lessons a classroom can’t fully cover. Specialize? Not yet. As a former college athlete, she finds sports-focused care interesting, but she’s looking forward to caring for patients with a wide range of needs.
Life Outside the Clinic
You can still catch Dr. Bennett on the volleyball court. She likes staying active and exercising, and she makes plenty of time for family and friends. Most days include a walk with Lola, the Bernedoodle she shares with her boyfriend. Lola, by all accounts, is spoiled rotten.
