Dr. Kevin Parish
Dr Kevin Parish brings fresh energy and a patient-centered approach to Elite Rehab Westchase. Growing up playing sports in Palestine, Texas, he learned early on the value of choosing conservative options for recovery instead of relying on drugs or surgery.

Alondra – Front Desk Manager
Alondra Gonzalez serves as the Administrative Office Manager at the practice, where she oversees daily operations, coordinates administrative functions, and ensures that both patients and team members experience a welcoming and efficient environment.
She began her professional journey as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal, developing a strong foundation in organization, communication, and client relations. Over time, her passion for health and wellness inspired her transition into chiropractic care—a field that allows her to combine professionalism with a genuine desire to help others heal and thrive.
What Alondra values most about her position is witnessing patients’ progress throughout their care. Seeing them improve, smile, and regain confidence in their health brings her immense joy and motivation. She also takes pride in maintaining smooth office operations that contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
Outside of work, Alondra enjoys shopping, staying active at the gym, and exploring new restaurants. She believes in living a balanced, positive lifestyle and brings that same energy into the workplace each day.
Rafaelina – Front Desk Support & Backup Rehabilitation Technician
Rafaelina’s versatility makes her an invaluable team member, seamlessly transitioning between front desk support and rehabilitation assistance as needed. Her dual training ensures consistent, high-quality service whether you’re scheduling an appointment or receiving hands-on therapeutic care. This flexibility allows our practice to maintain optimal staffing levels and personalized attention for every patient.
Tico – Rehabilitation Technician
With a rich background in pharmacy from Venezuela and extensive experience in customer service, Tico brings a unique perspective to patient care. Having graduated in 2011 and worked in large pharmacy networks before pursuing rehabilitation therapy, he understands the importance of comprehensive healthcare approaches. Tico’s multilingual abilities and passion for helping others improve their health make him an essential part of our rehabilitation team. His favorite aspect of the job is witnessing patients progress from initial injury to complete recovery, celebrating each milestone along the way.
Claudia – Support Specialist
Claudia provides additional support across all practice locations, ensuring consistent quality care throughout the Elite network. Her adaptability and comprehensive training in multiple practice areas allow her to step in wherever needed, maintaining our high standards of patient service and clinical excellence.
