From the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted by name and reassured that you’re in the right place. During your visit, we’ll take a detailed history, perform a thorough examination, and take digital X-rays right here in our office if needed.
Making Your Visit Simple and Stress-Free
No need to complete paperwork ahead of time; we’ll take care of everything when you arrive, though we can text or email forms to your phone if you prefer to fill them out beforehand. Just wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area that’s bothering you. Bring your ID, insurance card, and any previous X-rays or medical records related to your condition. We’ll verify your insurance benefits and discuss costs before any treatment begins, so there are never any surprises.
