Dr. Kara chose chiropractic because she wanted a career built on connection, not quick interactions. During her undergraduate years, she was drawn to health and science, but realized the traditional medical path was not the right fit for the kind of support she wanted to provide.
“The traditional medical route is not the route that I wanted to go because it did not have as much patient interaction and true care for your patients.” That desire for meaningful, ongoing relationships, and the impact of hands-on care, helped confirm chiropractic as the right direction.
Education and Early Distinctions
Dr. Kara completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, then earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland University Kansas City. She graduated in 2022 and was also valedictorian of her chiropractic class, reflecting a strong work ethic and a commitment to getting the details right.
One of the most valuable lessons she carried into practice was that great outcomes are not about force, they are about precision, consistency, and meeting each person where they are.
Certifications and a Thoughtful Approach
Dr. Kara is Webster Certified, supporting pregnant patients through the physical changes of pregnancy with careful, customized care. She is also working toward acupuncture certification, continuing to expand the tools she can draw from when building a plan that fits the patient in front of her.
